Leon teaches throughout Thanksgiving break, winter break, and every holiday vacation in between. Private lessons for kids, teens, adults, and families across NYC and Westchester — outdoors when the weather allows, indoors when it doesn’t.
Why a break is the best time to learn
No schedule pressure
During the school year, lessons compete with homework, sports practice, and bedtime. Over break, there’s room to actually focus. A 3-lesson week builds more confidence than a month of weekly sessions.
Momentum compounds
Back-to-back sessions mean skills stick. A kid who skates three times in one week comes back from break as someone who skates — not someone who tried it once.
Screen-free hours
Every parent knows the break screen-time spiral. A skateboard lesson gets them outside, moving, and engaged in something they chose — not something a feed served them.
